HHAeXchange "Lunch and Learn" Webinar: HHAeXchange Rebilling

To ensure you have the information you need to successfully use the HHAeXchange Portal, HHAeXchange will be hosting a series of noontime "30 minute Lunch and Learn" Educational Webinar Sessions.

Audience: Homecare Provider Agencies using HHAeXchange EVV or HHAeXchange Manual Visit Entry (Quick Visit Entry)

Description: This webinar will review the processes and workflows related to Rebilling in HHAeXchange, based on the most common situations which would result in the need to resubmit claims that were not initially paid. This session will demonstrate how to address issues and make the necessary changes in order to rebill, and will explain the following:
-Split Shifts: When one shift has already been billed, but another shift is entered for the same day, resulting in that shift being held in “Billing Review”
-Voids: When an agency needs to negate an original claim entirely
-Adjustments: When information on the original claim needs to be updated, such as modifying hours or units or rates
